Financial Statements & Fundamentals
Source: SEC EDGAR
Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial data are extracted from SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q). Data is updated within 2 days of filing.
Insider Trading
Source: SEC Form 4 Filings
Officer, director, and large shareholder trades are reported via SEC Form 4. MetaCap updates insider trading data daily.
Dividend Information
Source: Company Announcements & Exchange Data
